How do I place an order?

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

1, Payment via PayPal

You can simply set up a free PayPal account which is considered a safer option for online transfers. PayPal is our preferred method of payment as it is:

faster: the money goes into our account straight away which commences our ordering process.
easier: you enter in all the info we need to process your order & receive an automated confimation email.
safer: all your information (credit card number etc.) is stored safely and encrypted in the PayPal system to the extent that even PayPal officers cannot access your information without your permission.

2. Payment via Credit Card

If you don't have a Paypal we also accept credit card payments, which you can enter during checkout.

Returns &Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund please email TheTea247@gmail.com where our customer service team can work to resolve the problem with your order.

Please do not contact Paypal directly to lodge a dispute, as we can work quicker to solve your problem directly via the email above.

All refunds takes 7-10 business days to process. Shipping costs are not refundable.
